Quality is for us the only valid argument that contributes to the satisfaction of our customers on which the company is based, and that allows us to make industrial innovations, given that our profitability is reinvested in the company.
We believe that obtaining Quality is the task of all of us who integrate the company, its operation resides in the daily work of each one in a coordinated and coherent way. The objective is to ensure that we all carry out our work under an orderly system according to established systems, which will lead us to a better functioning and the achievement of the objectives set.
- Increase customer satisfaction, attending to complaints and claims.
- Reduction of internal and external rejections.
- Compliance with the specifications and objectives of our customers.
- Compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
- Have suppliers with optimal levels of quality.
- Compliance with improvement plans and planned objectives.
- Compliance with training plans and improvement of staff qualification.
